By choosing GiraSol Travels to plan and/or book your vacation, you signify your agreement to the following terms.

The Travel Agents/Consultants act as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, resort, or any other service provider named in your itinerary or confirmation (Suppliers). We the agents of GiraSol Travels are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to adhere to their own schedules, provide service or refunds, financial default, or failure to honor future trip credits. We have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers and no liability for recommending a trip credit in lieu of a refund.

Risks of Travel & Release:

GiraSol Travels assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable for the acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under our control, unsafe conditions, terrorism, health hazards including pandemics, illness, weather hazards, or sustainability for a disabled person of any portion.

 Entry & Re-Entry Rules:

You the client assume full & complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destinations and your connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination. Rules are subject to change whether your travels are foreign or domestic.

All trips personally and on the GiraSol Travels website and social media are all solely recommendations and opinions. You are free to either follow or not follow the itinerary provided at your own risk. By purchasing your itinerary, you agree to hold GiraSol Travels free of any liabilities which include, but not limited to, mishandling of bookings, accidents, injuries, cancelations, bad experiences, monetary loss, misinformation, lack of information and/or scams.
